This dish offers a perfect ratio of proteins, carbohydrates, and fat.
Ingredients
- 2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup organic coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup organic pecans
- 2 TB organic hemp seeds
- 2 TB organic golden flax seeds
- 1/4 cup organic golden raisins
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/2 tsp organic vanilla
- sea salt to taste
- fresh organic fruit to garnish
- Preparation
1. Spread oats, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and pecans on a sheet pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
2. Let cool. In large bowl, combine toasted mixture with hemp seeds, flax seeds, raisins, honey and vanilla.
3. Add sea salt to taste. Enjoy immediately with milk or yogurt and fresh berries.
