Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Hummus Dip

Dip your Gluten-Free pretzel rod in this dip and call it a night! Who doesn’t love the salty sweetness of chocolate covered pretzels? Here is a healthy alternative your friends will love at your next dinner party. Where else can you find a dessert snack that’s loaded with healthy protein, high in fiber, and can also satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can organic chickpeas
  • 1/4 c organic creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 c organic maple syrup
  • 1/4 c organic almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp organic vanilla
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 c dark chocolate chips

Preparation:

1. In food processor add chickpeas, peanut butter, syrup, almond milk and vanilla and blend until smooth.

2. If you prefer smoother hummus, peel the skin off of the chickpeas before blending.

3. Stir in chocolate chips and enjoy with fruit or gluten-free pretzels.
