Ingredients (serves 8)
- 3 cups chopped fresh organic kale
- ½ cup toasted walnuts
- 2 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ cup grated parmesan (or less if watching your dairy intake)
- ½ cup cold-pressed olive oil
- Juice from one small organic lemon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation
