Mango Avocado Salsa with Microgreens

Use this colorful and energy-boosting salsa as the perfect topping for any type of burger: beef, bison, or turkey. It pairs especially well with grilled fish and chicken breast too. Sip a glass of Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc to top it off! The sweetness of the mango and the richness of the avocado are a sensational match. Microgreens are a nice touch and will make your dish pop!

Ingredients

  • 1 organic mango, diced
  • 1 organic avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh organic cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced organic red onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced organic jalapeno
  • Himalayan pink salt and pepper to taste
  • Organic microgreens as needed for garnish

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
