Once you add in avocado (with heart-healthy fats), organic greens (containing calcium and fiber), coconut water (we see you, potassium), and key lime juice (hello, vitamin C!), you’ll be providing your body the “key” to wellness.

Ingredients (makes 3 servings)

  • 1 avocado, pitted and skinned
  • 2 handfuls of organic greens
  • 1/2 C pineapple
  • 1/3 C key lime juice
  • 2 C pure coconut water
  • 2 handfuls of ice
  • Stevia to taste

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix blender (or a similar high-powered blender) and purée until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
