Ready-made grass-fed beef meatballs from our best-selling Keto Box make this meal a snap to put together. While simple to prepare, this recipe is a powerhouse of heart-healthy fats from avocado oil, nutrients from dark leafy greens, and bold flavors from beef bone broth and sriracha.

Ingredients

2 chef-prepared grass-fed beef meatballs
2 TB avocado oil

Low-Carb Vegetables & Seasonings:
1 c spinach
1 c kale
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c beef bone broth
Sriracha to taste

Preparation

1. Dice meatballs.

2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

3. Add spinach, kale, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté until
greens are wilted, about 5-6 minutes.

4. Add broth and stir in diced meatballs. Cook for another 3-4
minutes.

5. Transfer to a bowl and top with sriracha to taste.
