Ingredients
From the Keto Box:
2 chef-prepared grass-fed beef meatballs
2 TB avocado oil
Low-Carb Vegetables & Seasonings:
1 c spinach
1 c kale
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c beef bone broth
Sriracha to taste
Preparation
1. Dice meatballs.
2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
3. Add spinach, kale, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté until
greens are wilted, about 5-6 minutes.
4. Add broth and stir in diced meatballs. Cook for another 3-4
minutes.
5. Transfer to a bowl and top with sriracha to taste.
