Cranberry Pistachio Bark

Be in control of your chocolate this holiday season! With 3 simple ingredients as a base (two of which are superfoods!) you can make countless chocolate treats without soy lecithin or other unwanted additives. We’ve made a colorful and festive chocolate bark that will delight your holiday senses.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Organic Cacao Butter
  • 1/2 cup Organic Cacao Powder
  • 2 TB Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Organic Pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Organic Dried Cranberries, coarsely chopped
  • flaky sea salt

Preparation

1. In a small saucepan, melt cacao butter.

2. Turn off heat and add cacao powder and maple syrup and stir until smooth.

3. Allow to cool and thicken slightly before pouring onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.

4. Sprinkle pistachios and cranberries evenly over chocolate.

5. When chocolate starts to harden, sprinkle on sea salt.

6. Allow to harden completely and break into pieces.

If you’re in a hurry, place in refrigerator to harden faster.
