Ingredients
- ½ pound organic Brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon chopped organic cilantro
- ½ fresh organic jalapeno
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon organic goji berries
Preparation
- Place these ingredients (except almonds and goji berries) in a food processor and pulse until shredded.
- Empty ingredients into a mixing bowl and add the almonds and goji berries.
Honey Cider Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 oz cold-pressed olive oil
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Preparation
- Place ingredients in a blender until emulsified.
- Pour over the slaw mix and blend well.
- Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
