Ingredients
- 2 cups grass-fed beef bone broth
- 2 TB MCT oil
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tsp organic turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- pinch cayenne pepper
- Freshly ground pepper for garnish
Preparation
1. Heat broth on medium heat until it comes to a simmer.
2. Pour into blender and add spices, oil, and lemon juice. Blend until frothy.
3. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy immediately!
