Corn Tortilla BLT with Avocado Chive Spread Ingredients (2 servings)
- 4 soft non-gmo sprouted corn tortillas
- 1 tablespoon avocado and chive mayo
- 3 ounces sliced organic free-range turkey breast
- 4 slices crispy uncured heritage-raised bacon
- 4 organic tomato slices
- 4 organic spinach or other green leaves
Preparation
Layer items in this order on tortillas and wrap, securing with toothpicks.
(If preparing the night before, lay a slightly damp cloth over the tortillas to keep them moist)
Avocado Chive Mayonnaise Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil based mayonnaise
- ½ avocado
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a blender or food processor, blend the mayonnaise and avocado until smooth
- Add the chives, salt and pepper and blend until mixed well
