We’ve taken a classic salad dressing and made it even more nutritious! Our recipe for green goddess dressing includes avocado and kale to elevate your lunch to the next level. Fresh basil keeps that summer vibe alive for a bit longer!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup organic plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/3 cup organic 2% milk
- 1/2 organic avocado
- 1/2 c fresh organic basil
- 1/4 c fresh organic baby spinach or baby kale
- 2 TB fresh chives
- 1 garlic clove
- 1-2 anchovies
- juice from one lemon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Preparation
1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve over fresh summer vegetables or greens with freshly cracked pepper.
