Spicy Acorn Squash and Caramelized Onion Soup Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 small organic acorn squash, roasted, and skin removed
  • 1 large organic yellow onion, chopped and caramelized
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (or more if you can take the heat)
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • Pinch of curry powder
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • Sea salt to taste
