- 3 oz Butter, softened
- 1 tsp Rosemary, fresh chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
1. Soften butter.
2. Add minced garlic, rosemary, and any desired salt and pepper.
3. Mix butter until all components are well combined.
Place desired amount of butter on top of a warm steak.
