Ingredients: Yields 12 bites
- 1/2 c organic dates
- 1/2 c organic peanut butter
- 2 TB organic cacao powder
- 1 tsp organic vanilla
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 TB water
- 1/4 c rolled gluten-free rolled oats
Preparation
1. Add all ingredients except the oats to a food processor blend until smooth.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together oats and mixture from processor until well-blended.
3. Roll into balls and place on parchment paper.
4. Eat immediately or place in refrigerator to enjoy later.
