Finely ground green tea leaves, one of the worlds most powerful antioxidants, fights oxidative stress and reduces inflammation. Add a dash of pumpkin pie spice and you’re reliving your Thanksgiving experience but without the guilt. Go a step further with a teaspoon of coconut oil for even more energy to fight off that post-holiday lethargy.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp organic matcha powder
- 1 tsp organic coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup organic almond milk
Preparation:
1. Pour milk into frothing pitcher.
2. Add green tea and pumpkin pie spice and start frother.
3. Place a teaspoon of coconut oil to the bottom of the cup and pour in frothed milk and stir lightly.
4. Enjoy!
