Ingredients
- 2 organic avocados, peeled
- 1 16 oz.can organic garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 6 organic kale leaves, middle stem removed
- 1 TB minced garlic
- 3 TB cold-pressed olive oil
- Juice from 1 organic lemon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Preparation
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes and olive oil if desired.
