Ingredients
- 1 cup raw organic zucchini noodles
- 1 medium organic radish, sliced thin
- 1 TB freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 TB almond oil
- 1 TB sliced almonds
- Course sea salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Place zucchini noodles, sliced radishes, lemon zest, lemon juice, and oil in a serving bowl and toss well.
2. Season with salt and pepper and top with sliced almonds. Serve cold with your choice of protein to make a complete low-carb, keto-friendly meal.
