Nut & Seed Breakfast Bowl Ingredients
- 2 tsp Dried Goji Berries
- 1 tsp Grass-fed Ghee
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Walnuts
- 2 tablespoons Chia Seed
- 2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
- ¾ cup Almond Milk
Preparation
- Put all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat almond milk to a simmer and pour over dry ingredients.
- Stir out any clumped chia seeds and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the ghee and enjoy!
