Red Wine Onion Ingredients
- 8 oz Red Onion
- 5.5 Tbsp Red Wine
- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1.5 Tbsp Palm Sugar
- 2 tsp Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tbsp Water
- Salt and Pepper To Taste

1. Sauté onions with butter over low to medium heat.
2. As onions begin to soften and develop some color, add red wine.
3. Add balsamic vinegar, sugar, and water.
4. Cook on low to medium heat until the onions are soft and glazed.
Top grass-fed beef burger with red wine onions and serve with roasted carrots and broccoli or any of your favorite sides.
