This perfect balance of quintessential European formality and coastal exhilaration was our Executive Chef’s inspiration for our Wild-Caught Shrimp Paella.
For this authentic dish, we start with fresh-from-the-ocean, wild-caught shrimp, hand-cut chicken breasts and authentically seasoned chicken sausage, all slow-simmered in a sauce of vine-ripened tomatoes, housemade chicken bone broth, hand-chopped onions, spicy minced garlic and fresh herbs and spices. After simmering for several hours to assure that each delicious piece is permeated with that rich garlicky-tomato flavor, we fold in fluffy saffron-infused rice to add a smooth, delicate texture to this rustic dish.
