We start with our slow-cooked chicken bone broth, which simmers on a low heat for up to 24 hours. Just as our bone broth reaches perfection, we add in ample amounts of hearty white beans to infuse them with flavor. Separately, we roast delicately seasoned, juicy chicken breasts low and slow until each breast is fork tender and ideal for shredding. Lastly this blend of individually slow-cooked masterpieces is combined with a sautéed bouquet of bell peppers, onions, poblano peppers, and a hint of lime juice.
