However, it’s the made-from-scratch Teriyaki & Sriracha Sauce that takes these meatballs to the next level!
Our Executive Chef has created a “nearly” authentic Teriyaki Sauce that is generously cascaded over each perfectly roasted meatball. But why is it “nearly” authentic? Aside some sneaking in a little heat from our all-natural Sriracha sauce, our Executive Chef discarded the heavily modified, inflammatory soy sauce and replaced it with organic coconut aminos, which are naturally made using aged coconut tree sap, the sun, and tropical sea water.
When paired with a Roasted Sesame Broccoli, you have a meal that is not only texturally complex but uncompromised in flavor. The duality of the sweet and spicy meatballs balanced with the crunchy, caramelized broccoli is enough to leave you in a pure culinary bliss.
