(September 2013) Chef Mike Farrell, one of the St. Louis area’s best and most recognized chefs, has announced that he will be joining the team at Metabolic Meals. Farrell has many years of experience in gourmet cuisine and will bring a new perspective to the healthy meals created by Metabolic Meals.
Chef Farrell comes from a long history of great chefs at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, where he graduated in 1996. In addition, Farrell also studied abroad in London acquiring the knowledge and benefits of local home grown resources. Prior to joining Metabolic Meals, he worked at Cardwell’s at the Plaza, earning a reputation for being one of St. Louis’ finest chefs.
