For our Irish Stew, our Executive Chef starts with hand-picked, prime cuts of grass-fed beef and expertly sears each piece to lock in rich, juicy flavor. Next, the meat is slow-simmered in a blend of craft gluten-free beer, beef stock and Worcestershire sauce, creating the base for the distinctly Irish flavor. When the meat is perfectly fork-tender, our chefs add peas and fresh rosemary and thyme to complete the stew.
The beef stew is partnered with an Irish soul food favorite, Colcannon Potatoes. This hearty side combines sweet cabbage and creamy made-from-scratch mashed potatoes.
