A lack of hamstring strength is very common even for people who come to the gym regularly. Achieving proper hamstring strength improves back and knee health.
The hamstring has two major functions: knee flexion and hip extension. In today’s circuit we combine exercises that address both of these functions so that you get the most out of your training session.
