Our Filipino Grass-Fed Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry may be low in carbs, but it’s definitely not low in flavor! After one bite of this stir-fried work-of-art, you’ll wish you had ordered at least one more! This “nearly” authentic Filipino dish is prepared using ribbon-sliced grass-fed steak, marinated in a chef-prepared, sweet (with just a hint of heat) chili sauce and then flatiron-grilled to create that classic wok-seared texture. However, this meal isn’t just about flawlessly seasoned and prepared grass-fed steak, we also fold in al dente green beans, sweet carrots and whole snap peas to add a little crunch to this dish.

But why is this dish “nearly” authentic? Unlike conventional Asian entrees, our chefs discard the heavily modified, inflammatory soy sauce and replace it with organic coconut aminos, which are naturally made using aged coconut tree sap, the sun and tropical sea water.
