The problem with most shredded BBQ beef is the sauce. Usually riddled with thickeners and high fructose corn syrup, most sauces are more chemicals than food. This is not the case with our Honey-Chile BBQ sauce.

We start with vine-ripened tomatoes that have been simmered until reaching a deep crimson color. Then we stir in wildflower honey, dried chilies and a blend of fresh herbs and spices. To get that juicy, melt-in-your-mouth texture, we slow cook our grass-fed beef for 24 hours, adding our Honey-Chile BBQ sauce at that perfect point so that each shredded piece is infused with that sweet and spicy flavor.

When paired with our Butternut-Pepita Slaw, you have a guiltless backyard BBQ favorite that you can enjoy year ‘round.
