We start with vine-ripened tomatoes that have been simmered until reaching a deep crimson color. Then we stir in wildflower honey, dried chilies and a blend of fresh herbs and spices. To get that juicy, melt-in-your-mouth texture, we slow cook our grass-fed beef for 24 hours, adding our Honey-Chile BBQ sauce at that perfect point so that each shredded piece is infused with that sweet and spicy flavor.
