MAKE SURE TO TAKE A QUALITY B VITAMIN
Vitamin B6 is one of the three leading deficiencies behind zinc and magnesium. B6 also has a large role in detoxification. The body relies on various amino acids to detox a number of toxins. Without B6, it is very difficult to absorb the aminos that are needed. My clients have seen success with Methylator Plus 3.0.
LIMIT YOUR USE OF PLUG-INS AND SPRAYS
While everyone likes their home to smell nice, many of these products contain high amounts of Phylates. While attending a seminar on Detoxification, lab analysis expert Mark Schauss talked about this subject. After meeting with a couple where the male had prostate cancer and the female had breast cancer, he was astounded when their blood work indicated a Phylate level of 17000% above normal. After some investigation, he found that the wife had a minimum of 2 fragrance plug-ins in every room of their home and was obsessive compulsive about spraying different scents through the home.
TAKE 3-7G OF GLYCINE EVERYDAY
This amino acid goes a long way towards helping you detoxify. It helps to detoxify petroleum, solvents, epoxy resins and cosmetic products.
EAT A HIGH PROTEIN, ORGANIC DIET
