This “nearly” authentic Thai dish is prepared using ribbon-sliced grass-fed steak, marinated in a chef-prepared, sweet (with just a hint of heat) sauce and then flatiron-grilled to create that classic wok-seared texture. However, this meal isn’t just about flawlessly seasoned and prepared grass-fed steak, we also fold in grilled, sliced bell peppers, onions and whole baby corn to add a little caramelized crunch to this dish.
But why is this dish “nearly” authentic? Unlike conventional Thai entrees, our chefs discard the heavily modified, inflammatory soy sauce and replace it with organic coconut aminos; which are naturally made using aged coconut tree sap, the sun and tropical sea water. Low carb, full flavor and Thai inspired; we think that’s a trio that spells a delicious success.
