Take the guilt out of jam, with Chia! The seeds add the gelatinous quality to almost any cooked fruit to make a healthy spread for your favorite gluten-free bread, bagels or English muffins.
This “berry” delicious spread will keep you jammin’ all day long!
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Organic Raspberries
- ½ Cup Organic Blueberries
- ½ Cup Organic Blackberries
- 1 Tbsp Raw Local Honey
- 2 Tbsp Organic Chia Seed
Preparation
- Heat berries and honey on low/medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly and mashing gently with a wooden spoon.
- Add chia seeds and heat, stirring constantly, another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve on your favorite gluten-free toast. (Allow to cool before storing.)
Note: Will keep in refrigerator for about 7 days.
