This Asian inspired favorite starts with the finest cut of local grass-fed beef, sliced into ribbons and marinated in a blend of Asian spices, wild-flower honey and fresh herbs. To create that crispy outside yet tender inside you find in authentic wok-seared cuisine, we sautéed our beef at high heat to sear in these aromatic flavors. To balance the blend of sweet and savory, we pair our Mongolian Beef with a silky, steamed jasmine rice.
