Known to have a naturally mild, yet sweet flavor, our chefs add freshly chopped bell peppers and onions, free-range eggs, a blend of almond and coconut flour, just a hint of citrusy orange essence and a dash of fresh, cracked pepper to create a truly divine seafood masterpiece.
To complement our flaky Mahi cake, we have chosen our sautéed broccoli. Prepared using an extra virgin, cold-pressed Italian olive oil, our chefs quickly sauté fresh broccoli to perfectly caramelize the outside while keeping an al dente texture within.
