Our “nearly” authentic Japanese dish is prepared using thinly sliced grass-fed steak, marinated in our chef-prepared Teriyaki sauce and then wok-seared to create that classic Japanese stir-fried meat texture. But why is it “nearly” authentic? Unlike conventional Teriyaki sauce, our chef’s discard the heavily modified, inflammatory soy sauce and replace it with organic coconut aminos; which are naturally made using aged coconut tree sap, the sun and tropical sea water.
