As we approach a very busy time of year, people often find it hard to consistently get to the gym. Between the actual workout itself and travel time you may be looking at a 1.5-2 hour commitment.
Luckily, you can still get a very quick and effective workout at home with little to no equipment.
In this video we ATTACK every major muscle group in the lower body with a 3 exercise circuit. Complete an even number of rounds such as 4 or 6 and switch legs on the lunges each round. Keep the rest intervals short for a great training session that should take less than 25 minutes!
With the right exercises and intensity, a home workout can save a ton of time and yield some impressive results!

A1 Forward to Reverse Lunge x8
A2 Hip Extension/Leg Curl x10
A3 Banded Goodmorning x12
✔️ Perform in circuit fashion
✔️ Complete 4-6 Sets
✔️ Rest :90 between sets
