For Brett and Amanda, living in New York City means they’re always on the go.
Add in that they both work full-time, have two kids under the age of five and a beloved rescue dog, and well, you can imagine just how crazy life gets.
Fortunately, they found a way to balance all that busy: using a meal delivery company. Their goal was to save time and stay healthy, but they came to find out, not all meal delivery services fit their lifestyle.
They previously used Freshly, another popular meal delivery company, but gave Metabolic Meals a try for 3 weeks to see if it was a better fit for their family.

WEEK 1:
“The first thing we noticed, before even getting our meals delivered, was how easy the website was to use – the process was really smooth. Then, when our meals did arrive, they were chilled, on time and packed great.
They looked so fresh! I was excited to try the breakfast options since that’s always a challenge for me in the morning.
Once we did actually try the meals, I was blown away. The quality and taste was incredible. The differences in Metabolic Meals and Freshly are night and day in that department.
With Freshly, I still felt hungry after each meal. While the Metabolic Meals are similar in calories, I find myself full and satisfied after eating them.” -Brett
WEEK 2:
“Two weeks in and we’re loving the food, the meals are delicious! But what we love even more is that we get to choose from an entirely new menu each week.
The variety is absolutely outstanding. When we used Freshly, I found myself quickly getting tired of essentially eating the same meals all the time.
And for me – I plan to start Whole30, so having a lot of variety to choose from will be great. The new 2 packs of protein and sides are going to be so helpful!” -Amanda
WEEK 3:
“Going on week 3 and I’ve found that my body has actually started to change and I just feel better. Since starting the meals, I’ve leaned out some and genuinely have the desire to work out. I’ve got more energy and again, just feel healthier.
