This ab workout is exactly as the name sounds. When combined into one workout, you will effectively train all of the core musculature including: Rectus Abdominis, internal and external obliques, transverse abdominis and the psoas.
This workout works great on its own or after any training session. Since some of these exercises have a touch of “strongman training” to them, they also have cardiovascular benefits and burn a good amount of calories!

CPlank/Row Combo – 3x:30 per side
DHanging Knee Raise With Straight Leg Eccentric – 3x 5–10 reps
