So you’re on the road and your hotel doesn’t have a gym. Have no fear, by packing under 2lbs of cheap fitness tools in your bag you can get an awesome lower body training session.
All you need is a flex resistance band and a set of Val Slides (or even a cheap plastic frisbee).
In this video we ATTACK every major muscle group in the lower body with a 3 exercise circuit. Complete an even number of rounds such as 4 or 6 and switch legs on the lunges each round. Keep the rest intervals short for a great training session that should take less than 25 minutes!

A1 Forward to Reverse Lunge x8
A2 Hip Extension/Leg Curl x10
A3 Banded Goodmorning x12
✔️ Perform in circuit fashion
✔️ Complete 4-6 Sets
✔️ Rest :90 between sets
