Our chefs took everything you know and love about the Caesar Salad and married it with gluten-free pasta to create our Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad – yes it is as good as it sounds!
It was no simple feat for chefs to imagine such a one-of-a-kind entrée. When designing this dish, our chefs first focused on where Caesar Salad gets its signature taste: that rich and creamy Caesar dressing. Starting with a base of cold-pressed avocado oil, seasoned with fresh garlic and a hint of sea salt and black pepper, they then blended in freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest and salty aged parmesan cheese.
Once this dressing was pure perfection, the true creativity began. They replaced the standard romaine lettuce with a nutty brown rice penne pasta (that effortlessly traps every ounce of that delicious dressing) and added farm fresh tomatoes, peas and zucchini. Last, they topped each hearty serving with a delicately seasoned grilled chicken breast. You may never eat Caesar Salad any other way ever again!
